Administration - This is a FREE service.	The BeMIS inventory will be administered online and the data emailed to the email address above for processing with the BeMIS software.
Report - There is a fee for each report.	The BeMIS inventory will be administered online, the data scored, and the default or requested report prepared and emailed to the email address above.  There is a charge for this service: Payment may be made by check or credit card for each profile and/or report.  Statements will be sent by email at the first of each month for the prior month.   The cost is $3.00 USD per profile (p1, p2, p3), $5.00 USD per p4 profile, and $7.50 USD per report.
